Girl cuz i feel so devine!!!

Ok Blazers and Blazets. I would like to share with you is one of my favorite episodes of Martin (fat like dat). And if you weren't born yesterday you know a little something about Martin. In my opinion one of the best and funniest sitcoms to air in my lifetime. This one here has a little fitness in it!!! Feeling out of shape Martin and his friends decide to take an aerobics class with his girlfriend Gina. Thats when all hell breaks loose! So when you get a second check it out I know you'll love it! On to my next point and question. I know a few couples where one partners dedication to the gym and staying fit causes issues. Might be minor but if it's not 100% support there it's an issue. And this is how is see the story going most of the time. Early on it seems like a good idea and both are all in. They sometimes start off working out together. Or at least the support seems to be 100%. Then one partner will fall off or the one who might not be interested as much as the other will then start having issues with the dedicated one. And what I hear most of the time is "that's all he or she worries about" "you care about the gym more than you care about me." Now I know the gym takes time and commitment and I understand the gripe sometimes. But I would think the bigger picture would out weigh everything else. Having someone who takes their health and fitness seriously (and this will rub off on the kids if any is involved). Someone who's trying to stick around longer for the both of you and the kids. And I need not talk about the physical (visual) benefits. All I'm saying is where's the love? And can you be 100% supportive of your partners health goals? And any suggestion on how to make it work? Hope to hear from you soon!

Gotta pay the rent!

So in July family friends and I are planning to run the spartan race up in the Poconos. A personal trainer at my day job who has participated in one. Gave me some advice. "Practice running hills." So I said cool thank you! Not too long after that I was on a blog I follow (which I will list on here very soon) and one of the post had to do with preparing yourself to run hills by sled running. So I immediately got excited and wanted to buy a prowler. But after pricing them saw that I would have to buy one further down the road. Cool so I youtubed a few vids. Came across the homemade tire sled! Hopped to it and as you can see in the pics and the vid in the right hand corner it's beastly trust me. So I'm about three weeks into using this sled and it's like what took you so long??? I love it! Now I know love is a strong word and all but I want the world to know!!!  Anyway me and my buddies would use it on the street. But I was getting tired of pausing for cars. So we now take it to a mini outdoor concert stadium parking lot. In which we don't have to worry about cars being there til the summer time. And even then the parking lot probably won't get used til night fall. I've used this parking lot about four times now. And this cat has watched us everyday (guess he lives there) and today even ran along side of us during some of our drills. So the last time out I said to myself. "I can't just be in this cats house and not pay any rent!" So as you can see in the pics we came to an agreement that we're both happy with. So I will be paying my way in cat food each time out. Then on the way home he has the nerve to ask me "well maybe I can be your mascot?" I said "Whoaaaaaaa!" Hahaha!
