That's weakness leaving the body

I learned very early in life to never underestimate the power and difficulty of body weight exercises. And I think most folks that shy away from them recognized that early in life also. In gym class the week or two we concentrated on calisthenics. Were the toughest!! Push-ups and pull/chin-ups were not my shit. Now when it came to the sit-ups. I could do sit-ups for days. But thats what I was comfortable with and wish I would have focused on my weak spots more. Now that I'm finally doing that I feel stronger and it's showing. Young blazers if you're reading this out there, it's a whole other level of strength at your fingertips. No gym required! Get out there get started and BLAZE! Pull-up and push-up and squat on anything and everything!!
This workout here got the best of my guy right here but he'll be back stronger and twice as focused next time. (All hoods cover faces to protect identities)
3 min jump rope
10 pull-up (grip changing each set, chin, alt, alt)
10 split jumps (on each leg)
10 medicine ball push-up (alt hands on the ball)
10 leg raises (on the power tower)
10 dips (on the power tower)
4 sets 1 min rest between each set!
Get ready to sweat! Blaze on peoples!
