One of my favorite exercises is one called "ninja jumps" preformed with a sandbag. Basically it's a jump from your knees to your feet. Placing both hands underneath the bag and in one motion you snatch the bag and slang it over your shoulder. Keeping your body posture straight you go back to your knees place the bag back onto the ground. Continue with the next rep on the opposite shoulder. I like to preform 10 reps 3 sets, 2-3min break and 100lbs of sand in the bag. Some may find it tough to jump from their knees to their feet if so you can place your hands on the bag for more support. Now the sandbag is a primary tool of mine. The one I use has 7 handles. And the shifting sand adds an extra challenge with the stability of the weight. Which in turns recruits more muscle being worked. Hopefully the pics help you see my words. Any questions shoot! Get the blazing!
